Due to the limitless variables involved with Fine Art Portraiture (time, location, planning, execution, prints), I custom-quote every portrait session. Typical costs for individual (not family or corporate) portrait sessions, from start to finish, range from $600 to $2500 with the average being around $1200.

who are your clients?

My typical client is a great communicator and identifies with a solid work ethic. They may not know exactly what they want, but they usually know what they don’t want. When they view my work and look to hire me they have recognized something that speaks to them. They are not shopping around for the lowest price. They want their final images to be of the highest quality and created to last.

Can anyone hire you?

No. I’m interested in first seeing if I am a good fit for my potential customer and vice versa. We either “click” or we don’t, and it’s ok if we don’t. It all starts with a conversation. If we can tap into each other’s vision and create something greater than either of us then we are most likely a great fit for each other. But it requires communication, honesty, consideration, and kindness to find that out.
